No Insurance? Our Membership Plan Has You Covered

One simple monthly fee covers the preventive care that keeps small problems from becoming big ones, plus up to 20% savings on all treatment. There are no claim forms, deductibles, or annual maximums. Your membership plan option is determined by the level of gum care you need, based on Dr. Smith's comprehensive exam at your first visit. From there, you decide whether a plan is right for you. Radiant Refresh is shown below; our Renewal Therapy plan, for patients who need a deeper level of gum care, is $65 per month. Members can pair their savings with a Cherry plan for larger work. Do You Accept Dental Insurance?

Yes. We accept most PPO dental plans and help you use every benefit available to you. Treatment recommendations are always based on your health and goals, not on insurance limitations. Not sure about your plan? Call us at (323) 296-6180 and we'll check it before your visit.

Who Files the Insurance Claims?

We do. Bring your insurance details to your first visit and our team files claims on your behalf and works to get you the fullest benefit your plan allows. For questions specific to your coverage, your HR coordinator or your plan's enrollment packet is the best source.

What Payment Options Do You Offer?

Personal check and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express). A surcharge of up to 3% is applied to all credit card transactions, subject to change based on state and federal surcharge regulations. For larger treatment, you can apply for a monthly payment plan through Cherry right on this page. Checking your options uses a soft credit check that does not affect your credit score, and Cherry can cover your portion after insurance or alongside your Membership Plan savings. Patients without insurance can join our Membership Plan for preventive care and up to 20% savings on all treatment.
